The Götzfried
The Götzfried in Dellach am Millstätter See is a house full of history. Three generations live and work here. It is our home, our home. We pass this feeling on to our guests. Because we want them to feel like feel at home
Surrounded by a living agricultural area, Götzfried is a holiday farm with a lot of heart and passion. We create holiday moments that are unique, but also sustainable and conscious.
Living Agriculture
Farming at Götzfried is a living form of farming. Stefan is the farmer in the house and runs the farm. His love for the animals and the cultural landscape that we are allowed to work on is the main focus.
Because one thing always comes out of it: FOOD. We have converted the stable into a free-stall barn. This is where the cows feel most comfortable. The calves are always allowed to run with their mother - just as it should be in nature. But there are also rabbits to pet, chickens that scratch around outside and lay eggs for breakfast, and two goats romp around the farm.
In the summer months it gets a little quieter, because that's when our cows go to the alpine pastures for the summer - but we often visit our cows in their "summer residence"

Winter at Götzfried.
The quiet time of the year.
Winter - long nights, snow, romance. But winter is also a time of contemplation, a time of silence, a time to reflect on the important things in life. In our imagination, snow and ice are supposed to bathe the world in a soft white.
But life doesn't stand still. Winter at Götzfried is both romantic and adventurous. It's sporty but also relaxed. Winter away from the hustle and bustle of the slopes - a bit like it used to be.
Enjoy long walks around the farm. The Slow Trail Zwergsee and the wintry shores of Lake Millstatt are not the only things that invite you to do this. Treat yourself to a day of wellness in the 1st Carinthian bathhouse and enjoy the warm rays of sunshine on our terrace right in front of the house. Feel the southern influence and the "dolce fa niente" a little.

From the farm to the table – the Götzfried breakfast offer brings hotel comfort to your holiday apartment. Choose between a breakfast tray or a buffet, always regionally and seasonally filled with honey, eggs and dairy products from our own production. Enjoy breakfast in your apartment, on the terrace or in your favorite spot.
